BLOOM development is dedicated to growing future leaders. We are committed to change the way we think and work together, equipping a strong pipeline of women for future leadership positions in all fields and creating a network of women helping women to grow and succeed in work and life.

Choosing a career path can be overwhelming for anyone. We’ve come a long way as women in the work place, but girls may still be discouraged from following areas of interest and especially male dominated careers. For women in almost every industry, rising to upper levels of leadership is much slower than for male counterparts.

We are committed to addressing key issues in the workplace:

• Girls may be discouraged from pursuing areas of interest
• Women continue to be outnumbered in industries that have been traditionally male oriented
• Women continue to be outnumbered in senior and executive leadership positions 5 to 1

At BLOOM development we have a passion for helping women. We want to encourage the next generation to be confident, courageous and well informed. To think and act like leaders so that in every situation they will be equipped to step forward, take a seat at ‘the table’ and forge new paths to help others succeed too.
