Our program provides dynamic learning opportunities for college students to increase confidence, knowledge and to create a ‘Launchpad’ for dynamic future leaders. Women in current leadership roles across all industries help to grow leadership knowledge through structured mentoring sessions. As our BLOOM mentors invest time in these students, they will also become more skilled as mentors and coaches for their workplace teams.
